Starting from 8/9/2016 00:00, all hosts have 48 to add the new (temporary) hosting calculator to stream. Not complying will lead to a 100m fine.

This is only a temporary hosting calculator until our permanent one is complete.
2 things you'll notice is that you can't press Tab to go to the next box. Also, this calculator doesn't total the bets,
