Ideas for the clan

So I've been meaning to get to work on this for ages but never really known what to do because I've never been apart of a large clan before.

But we have a clan with 300 + members in it, with a real opportunity to make it an active an engaging chatbox to talk pvm or skill in but the reality is rarely if ever, anything actually happens in the clan.

So what do you guys suggest? Would some 'clan only' drops be a good idea? Should I try to get people to 'cap' in the citadel (althought tbh i have no idea what that means) or how can we improve the quality of the clan?

Well here are two suggestions.
1. Pay memebers a specific amount to cap. 1-5m
2.Have a clan drop party for those that cap.

What does capping do? And how does it help? Sorry I am noob.

Capping makes the citadel bigger and grander. It allows for more stuff to take place there. We could also do gwd group events etc.

How long does it take to cap?

Depends on size of citadel, it can become easily over an 1 hour-2 hours.
