I hopped on to bet my last 3.8m on Poly, poly then tried to say I had only given him 3m, and that he had already paid me. He didn't even bother checking the Livestream because I took screenshots! He didn't pay me, he declined. He then told me to quit lying and whining. At that point, he just kicked me out of the chat channel. I'm extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated. It doesn't matter if I only put in 3.8m, it still completely ruined my good mood...

I'm very to sorry to hear that I ran away with your 3.8m, i'm not sure I remember kicking you from the friends chat because generally if a bettor is upset I will go right away and check the stream to solve the problem ASAP. If you could PM me ingame whenever you're online so I can issue you a full refund and a tip for the bad service that I gave you that would be cool.
