Out of 10. I would rate that 3. For a beginner that is 5.5.

The background doesnt go with santa hat and text. The contrast is different and it seems more rough. Also presentation is a thing. Put Santahat in the middle. Big Bold white text. Drop party manager under with narrow white text.

Besides it. You can put your santahats. Always make sure to keep everything the same concept. Roughness, colour, presentation.

Look at other work. Watch youtube videos. Play around with stuff. All of this will make you a better graphic designer.

If you dont have it. Get photoshop.
