Unfortunately scamming a scammer doesn't make it okay. Not saying you scammed, but you did use that statement that he is a scammer. I believe a refund should be given.

Looking at the comments above and attempting to look at the stream, however it does suck.. you have no proof at all in order to show that you didn't scam him Raad, so I believe a refund should be given, and if that means afterwards you add him to ignore then do it, but from as far as I can see, as an Admin of the FC I want you to refund him Raad. I'll speak to James/Coin about it later on and find out their perspective on the situation, but I must agree with Austin in terms of what you've said, scamming a scammer makes you a scammer aswell, and will not be tolerated in any situation.

Admin Replica confirmed a refund so Dr Raad should follow through with it. I am going to lock it now, Coin can unlock it and post if he feels it's necessary. Also for future reference if you are not a host or a witness, if you could please not post on the wager dispute section, that would help clear the spam that is not needed. Thanks guys.
